Custom New Built 3 level modern mountain home

When two newlyweds build their dream home on a gorgeous lot, you have one shot to get it right. This project began with phone consultations and a floor plan review pinpointing issues and challenges and design solutions within the existing plans prior to permitting. We illustrated our recommendations with an overlay floor plan sketch showing the existing drawings and our recommended changes to take back to the architect of record for revision. Virtual and in person meetings with the clients helped move things forward and a recent visit to the building site solidified our recommendations and final permitted drawings. What A View is breaking ground winter 2023 with an anticipated completion date in early 2025.
